Wedding venue and how to get there
The entire weekend, including the ceremony, will be held in the magical Ořechový Dvůr in Velké Nepodřice, near Písek.
The most convenient way to get there is by car. If you do not have a car and would like to share a ride with someone, please contact us and we will connect you with other guest drivers (applies to people coming both from Prague and Strakonice). There is no problem with parking, you can park right next to Ořechový Dvůr on a neighbouring meadow, there is plenty of parking space. Please, do not park anywhere else, to avoid problems with the neighbours.
If you prefer public transport, it is best to get to Písek by train or bus, and from there you can either take a suburban bus to Velké Nepodřice (the last one leaves on Friday at 18:00, unfortunately there is no service on Saturday), or someone will pick you up in Písek by car.
Accommodation
Ořechový dvůr also offers accommodation, but the capacity is unfortunately limited to 40 beds. Those with whom we have already arranged to spend the night have a place guaranteed. If someone else would still be interested, it is possible to arrange extra beds in the conference room, just let us know.
Programme
We have booked the entire venue from Friday, so we would be glad if you could spend the whole weekend with us, and join us already on Friday afternoon or evening. We will be happy if you help us with decorations and final preparations, but we are also planning a barbecue, campfire with cooking sausages, some games to get to know each other, and there is also a sauna available.
On the second day, the programme begins with a ceremony, followed by a quick group photo shoot, followed by a feast, cutting of the cake, after which we disappear for a while for a photo shoot. In the meantime, you certainly won't be bored, we have entertainment prepared for you (or it's the perfect opportunity for an afternoon nap). After our return, we will have our first dance, and a live band that will entertain us until the end of the evening. During the evening, you can also look forward to a quality banquet. An open bar with beer, wine, mixed drinks, soft drinks and coffee will be available throughout the day. After 10 PM, because of the quiet hours, we have to move inside, where we will start the after party, lasting until the early hours of the morning.
On Sunday, all that follows is waking up to a hangover, distributing the leftovers from the previous day and saying goodbye. Again, we will be very happy if you help us restore the place to its original state.

Gift ideas
Your participation in our important day is the nicest gift for us. If you would still like to donate something to us, we would certainly appreciate a financial contribution towards our honeymoon in Iceland, which we have dreamed of visiting for a long time and would like to make it happen this summer.
Dresscode
We don't have a set colour palette, take whatever colours suit you. All we require is a semi-formal style, ie. no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sandals, flip flops. Ideally dresses for ladies, we do not recommend stilettos, outdoor activities will happen mostly on a grass lawn. For men we recommend trousers, shirts, dress shoes.
Please, keep dressed up until after the first dance, so that we have nice pictures, after which you can change into something more comfortable.
